DiarLaunch

How we verify

Every broadcast on DiarLaunch is presented by an agent we have approved, and wherever an emirate issues an advertising permit, the broadcast carries the number its regulator issued. This page explains both, emirate by emirate.

How an agent is approved

  1. An agent applies with the broker licence their emirate's regulator issued: its number and a copy of the document.
  2. They add an Emirates ID or passport, a profile photo and their agency's details.
  3. A person at DiarLaunch reviews the application. Only an approved agent can create a launch or a viewing.
  4. For a LIVE viewing of a ready home, the agent also uploads the owner's authorisation for that unit, and a person at DiarLaunch checks it by hand before the viewing can go public.

Emirate by emirate

Each emirate licenses its own brokers, and some also issue a permit for every property advertisement. Where one does, the broadcast shows that number next to the name of the permit, so you know which register to check it against.

RAK RERA is Ras Al Khaimah's own regulator, a different authority from Dubai's RERA despite the similar name.

Check it yourself

You don't have to take our word for it. A launch or viewing page prints its permit number with the name of the permit (Trakheesi, Madhmoun and so on), never as a bare number. Look it up with the authority that issued it.

What we never do

Money never moves through DiarLaunch. We take no payments and reserve no units: registering interest is a non-binding first step, and every payment is made outside DiarLaunch.
