The honest part
- We never take payment from buyers. Off-plan payments go directly to the developer; secondary-market deals are settled between the parties through Form F.
- Free is a real price, not a trial. We are growing the marketplace, and empty listings help nobody.
- You must hold a valid RERA licence and pass verification before you can stream. That gate is the product.
