The honest part

• We never take payment from buyers. Off-plan payments go directly to the developer; secondary-market deals are settled between the parties through Form F. Form F is the Dubai process — Abu Dhabi and Ras Al Khaimah use a memorandum of understanding or a sale and purchase agreement instead.
• Free is a real price, not a trial. We are growing the marketplace, and empty listings help nobody.
• You must hold a valid brokerage licence — RERA in Dubai, ADREC in Abu Dhabi, RAK RERA in Ras Al Khaimah, SRERD in Sharjah, ARRA in Ajman, the Municipality in Umm Al Quwain and in Fujairah — and pass verification before you can stream. That gate is the product.
